Falko Alexander, born in Koblenz in 1981, is a gallerist and photographer. Following his studies at the University of Art Saarbrücken under Ulrike Rosenbach and Oliver Kossack, in 2011 he founded the gallery “Ampersand”, which he renamed “Galerie Falko Alexander” in 2017. His exhibitions focus on artists who examine the construction of reality within digital worlds. The main photographic interest lies on positions that distance themselves from classic disciplines and draw on the image-generating methods of today (CGI, VR, AR) in order to depict and generate reality.
