With Concrete Places, Andreas Lauermann, Constantin Meyer and Stefan Schilling exhibit the touchpoints of their work. They are united in their covert passion for the unplanned in the urban, for the marked by time. They find or seek it in places that appear strange and other-worldly, but are, after all, closer to the day-to-day user interface than they have us believe. Concrete is their common denominator, grey in grey it appears richly faceted and multifarious, is surface and cubature.
