Beyond III – [post] colonial present Beyond III opens up a discursive space on colonial power structures in photography, on the influence of the images of our present day and on the conditions of image production in a globalized world. For that reason, the initiative invites ten photographers from Africa and Western Europe to Cologne for an exchange of views. There will be a poster campaign in the Cologne urban area from 21 May. In the further course of the project, the works will be presented in an exhibition from August and discussed in a dialogue forum.
