A Onda – The Wave
Joanna Stange
To mark the 10th anniversary of the Cologne - Rio de Janeiro twinning, Joanna Stange exhibits pictures that were taken during her research stay in Rio. From architectonic black-and-white photographs, depicting personal places of the murdered city councillor Marielle Franco, through to vibrantly coloured portraits that document Rios alternative carnival. This is a co-operation between the Cologne-Rio twinning association, Joanna Stange and the Kunstraum Grevy.
